HP 40

1. Edge-hardened by special plasma hardening process.
2. The highest possible lifetime of the die, due to high cutting edge hardness of ~ 700 HV.
3. HP is unique to Martin Miller cutting rules.

Application
1. For high to extremely high production runs/number of cuts.
2. Dust reduction in the cutting process.
3. Optimized for tight bends.

HP 40+

Martin Miller's new steel grade Hp40+ is recommended for the most demanded cutting operations, whenever it comes to die-cutting of very hard and abrasive materials, e.g. gaskets or stiff plastic. Due to the special dual-edge hardening process and our many years of experience,

The dual-edge hardening process
1. Multi-layer combines HF and Plasma hardening technology
2. Extended lifetime of cutting tool

Microtop

The comprehensive strength of the MicroTop rule is far higher in comparison to a rule with standard A-bevel. With the same bevel hardness, the rule stays in shape longer due to the higher pressure resistance achieved through the unique bevel design.

1. The rule with more power.
2. Reduction of make-ready time.
3. Longer rule lifetime.
4. Improved pressure distribution.

HP+ 34 MICROTOP
The latest evolution by Martin Miller. The rule has all standard features of MicroTop along with a special dual-hardened cutting edge with a tip hardness of approx. 800 HV. It performs best with long- run jobs that also require narrow-angle bending.

Supra Z

One of the latest developments by Martin Miller sets new standards regarding precision, sharpness, and surface quality of the bevel.
Ideally, this rule should be used for:
1. Plastics
2. Blister
3. Laminated or coated carton boards
4. Labels

Especially in the field of label cutting sharpness, the highest precision and tightest tolerances are required. When cutting plastic packaging materials, extraordinary sharp rules are requested, which reduce cutting pressure and permit smooth cutting. Our cutting rule Supra Z meets all these requirements and is the best choice for your perfect cutting result.
